Andrew was interviewed May 21, 2018, on CNBC Africa’s Power Lunch:

“Nigeria’s Statistics office this morning released the country’s GDP figures for the first quarter of the year, showing that the country’s economy grew by 1.95 per cent year on year. Andrew Nevin, Chief Economist at PWC Nigeria, joins CNBC Africa from London to give his perspective on the report.”

He spoke about Nigeria’s somewhat disappointing first quarter, 2018, but offered hope that “they’re on the right track… [higher income earners]… need to pay their tax… We have a little bit of a reprieve coming with the increase in oil prices… We need to fix the fundamentals.”
